Established in 2000 on North American genetics. In December 2001 I had the opportunity to share a flush in Sparta Lilac K58 x Kakahu Emorman 71.

2003- 40 commercial females were purchased. 20 Australian and 20 with North American bloodlines. The 20 Australian bloodlines outweighed the others by 5-10 kgs at all stages.

Frozen embryos were transferred in August 2003 The result was two females.

Oakey Creek Lilac Z002. Only produced bull calves before dying carrying twin heifers. 

Due to drought downsizing all stud females were sold. One bull, Oakey Creek Dapper D001 was retained. Commercial females by D001 and Hereford (Australian) x are currently run.
